💰 Average Savings
On average, my concierge clients save 10% off MSRP. On a $75,000 vehicle, that's $7,500 back in your pocket.
But 10% is the average — not the ceiling. I have specific makes and models where my dealer relationships unlock far deeper discounts, well beyond what most buyers ever see advertised. If your target vehicle is one of them, you'll know on our first call.
I work with dealerships that don't pile on paint protection, GAP, theft etch, or other padded extras.
You get the bank's rate, not a marked-up version that pads the dealer's pocket.
Every line of every deal is transparent. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Average based on Ashley's concierge deals. Actual savings vary by vehicle, market, and deal structure. Some makes and models qualify for significantly larger discounts.
💰 Real Customer Results

💎 What Makes Us Different
Most auto concierges ask you to pay first and trust later. You hand over $999, then you wait — and what you get back is an estimate. "We think we can save you around $X."
The numbers that actually matter — out-the-door price, doc fees, money factor, residual, your real monthly payment — don't show up until the end.
I do it backwards. You see the deal first. You pay second.
Before you ever pay for a concierge service, I can show you:
You'll know the deal before you commit.

🚗 How We Work Together
One $85, 30-minute consult call by phone or Zoom, customer's choice, to get your numbers right. One premium service where I handle the entire buy. No clutter — just pick the level of help you want.
Option 1
By phone or Zoom, customer's choice.
Option 2 — Premium
Sit back — start to finish, no dealership visit required.
Not sure which is right for you? Most clients start with the $85 call. Once they see what 25 years of dealership experience sounds like in real time, the concierge service sells itself.
💼 Beyond the Deal
The dealership marks up nearly everything in the finance office. Shop these the smart way instead — at fair, independent prices — and keep more of your money.
One short form pulls multiple carrier quotes side by side — find the lowest rate before you buy.
Walk into the dealership with financing already locked in — and the leverage to refuse a marked-up rate.
Cover big repairs after the factory warranty ends — at a fair price, not the F&I office markup.
If your car is totaled, GAP pays the difference between what you owe and what it's worth.
Already financed? A lower rate can cut your payment by hundreds a month — see your offers without touching your credit score.
Pull a full history report before you buy — accidents, title brands, odometer rollbacks, and prior owners.
Bought out of state or moving? Get competing quotes to ship your car safely, door to door.

👑 Why Ashley
For the first part of my career, I worked inside dealerships. Twenty-five-plus years in sales, finance, and management — and eventually as a finance manager and subprime finance director. That last role mattered most. Subprime is the highest-pressure corner of the F&I office, where buyers with credit challenges, negative equity, or limited options often get the rawest deals in the industry. I structured those deals. I sat across from those buyers. I learned exactly how the system works — including the parts most people never see.
Then I stepped away to be a stay-at-home mom for a few years.
That chapter mattered too. Stepping out of the industry gave me distance from it — a chance to see car buying the way regular families see it, instead of the way it looks from the inside.
When my son Chevy got older, I had the itch to come back to work — but not to the dealership floor. I came across a remote role helping buyers navigate the car-buying process from the consumer's side instead of the dealer's, and I took it. I joined a national auto-advocacy company and spent nearly three years on their remote team helping buyers across the country structure smarter deals, audit their numbers, and walk into dealerships with the upper hand.
I loved that work. So did my customers — many of whom I'm still in touch with today.
When the company restructured that part of their business, my role there ended. What I didn't expect was what happened next: buyers I'd helped before started reaching out directly. Friends started referring people to me. Then their friends did. The phone didn't really stop ringing.
Friends and family pushed me to make it official.
That's how Ashley the Auto Advocate was born — not from a business plan, but from buyers who already knew the work and wanted me to keep doing it.
Today, I run two service lines:
Different price points, different levels of involvement, same standard: real numbers, in writing, before you ever pay a fee.
It's just me on the other end of the call. Twenty-five-plus years inside the industry. A few years away from it. Now I'm on your side of the desk.
I know exactly how deals are structured. I know where the money is hidden. I know which questions to ask — because I used to be the one answering them.
Now I work for you.
No guessing. No games. Just real numbers and real strategy.
Social media is full of people calling themselves auto buying experts. Most of them have never sat in an F&I office. Never written a deal. Never watched a customer walk out paying $4,000 more than they should have because they didn't know what questions to ask.
I have. For 25+ years.
I spent two and a half decades inside dealerships — in sales, in finance, in management — before I ever became an advocate. I know how the deal is built because I used to build them. I know where the markup hides because I used to disclose it. I know which fees are negotiable, which are real, and which are pure profit dressed up to look like a government charge.
That's not something you learn from making TikToks. That's something you learn from a quarter-century inside the room.
When I negotiate for you, I'm not guessing what the dealer will accept. I already know — because I used to be the one saying yes or no.
I'm not a content creator who learned car buying.
I'm a 25-year auto industry professional who happens to share what I know.
